Unfortunately the edge-of-nowhere domain and its various email addresses have been used as bogus "send" addresses for spam email and viruses. If you have received unexpected mail from this domain, please do NOT open any attachments contained within it. You can often identify the real sender's address by clicking 'View' then 'Internet Headers'. Their IP address will usually be visible as the last entry under "Received:" - genuine messages from here will always read "Received: from edge-of-nowhere.demon.co.uk" and include the IP address "83.104.38.96".

You can check the identity of IP address owners by submitting them to ARIN or RIPE.
